What happens after I enroll?

After payment, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, start date details will be sent to you. You will get a separate email with a link to schedule your private clarity session. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we begin. Sacred Pause offers structure without pressure, guidance without rigidity, and space for your real, imperfect self.

How supported will I be?

Sacred Pause is a private async coaching program intentionally small so you are not lost in a large group. You’ll have structured support, office hours access, and direct response days twice per week. You are not doing this alone.

What if I don’t have much time?

This program is designed to support real life. You will not be asked to add hours of work to your schedule. The focus is sustainable integration.

What does asynchronous coaching mean?

Asynchronous coaching means you receive support through written or voice messages inside our private space, rather than through scheduled live calls. You can share when it feels natural, and I respond during designated support hours. It offers flexibility, reflection time, and steady guidance without pressure.

Will I actually make changes?

Change happens through small, consistent shifts — not force. Sacred Pause helps you build awareness, steadiness, and self-trust. Many women begin noticing meaningful internal shifts that naturally influence their choices and boundaries.

What if I fall behind?

There is no falling behind. This is not a productivity-based program. You move at your own pace within the structure provided and have me there to help you during the whole month of coaching.

What if I’ve tried other programs before and nothing stuck?

Sacred Pause focuses on internal awareness and nervous system safety, not surface motivation. It’s designed for sustainable integration rather than short bursts of change. Plus you have me supporting you the whole time as well as a community space to connect with others if you wish.

Do I have to participate in the community?

Participation is simple and low-pressure. A weekly check-in is encouraged to help you stay connected and moving forward — even a short response, emoji, or gif is enough. You’re never required to share more than feels comfortable.
