I created Sacred Pause™ because I know what it's like to be deeply sensitive, constantly pushing yourself to keep going, and wondering why rest feels so impossible.

For most of my life, I lived disconnected from my body. Overwhelmed by responsibility. Unsure how to trust myself or actually rest.

Through therapeutic yoga, nervous system healing, and deep inner listening, I slowly learned how to come back home to myself.

And now? I get to help other sensitive women do the same — gently, compassionately, and without all the spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity. 🙃

Who is Sacred Pause™️ for?

Do I need yoga experience?

No. All practices are gentle, therapeutic, and adaptable. This is not the stretchy, bendy yoga you see in the media. It is not exercise. It involves many different techniques, practices that help your mind, body, heart and soul. Sacred Pause is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don’t need prior experience — just willingness to show up honestly and gently.

What if I am very busy?

Sacred Pause™️ is designed to support real life, not add pressure.

Is this therapy?

No. Sacred Pause™️ is coaching and therapeutic yoga support. It complements therapy but does not replace it. If you need therapy, please contact a licensed therapist.

What kind of support will I actually receive?

You’ll receive private asynchronous coaching through voice and text support, reflective guidance, practices, encouragement, and gentle accountability during designated office hour response days.

You’re not alone in your process — but you’re also never micromanaged.

What if one month doesn’t feel like enough?

Many women choose to continue working together, but there is never pressure to do so. Each month is designed to stand on its own while also allowing for continued support if desired.

Do I have to participate in the community?

Participation is simple and low-pressure. A weekly check-in is encouraged to help you stay connected and moving forward — even a short response, emoji, or gif is enough. You’re never required to share more than feels comfortable.

What if I’m introverted or don’t always have the words?

That’s completely welcome. I feel this way sometimes so you are not alone. You can engage in whatever way feels natural — including emojis or brief reflections. The space honors different communication styles. You will a LOT of emojis, brief responses, and gifs from me. 😜
